"Team Building: Making the Most of Your Team”
Terry Taylor, Team Building Coach, Versoria

Installation of Officers

 

Terry will share with us how important team building is and how it
effects how boards function. She will share the elements of a successful board,
the understanding of roles, expectations and ultimately – how to make decisions
together well. We will also learn about the barriers which include:

-- lack of information, vision for future, critical success factors
-- appreciating each other's styles and                                    
-- lack of process, skills, tools                                                   
                                 
Terry will lead us in an exercise to identify membership attributes
inventory, style identification and useful information board can use for planning
purposes.

Terry Taylor is a team building coach and consultant. Since 1991 Terry has
been coaching and consulting with executives and their teams. Terry graduated
from Antioch University with a masters in Organizational Psychology and holds
a master coach designation from the International Coach Federation. Terry is an
engaging speaker, trainer and gardener.

 

Following the presentation by Terry Taylor will be the installation of our 2010 - 2011 officers.
